PRODUCT
CODE: TEAB and TAAB
Our customers have grown to expect only the highest quality
product from PMC A Division of R-SCC. We are continuously committed
to meet the specific needs of industry and our customers.
The AutoBond
construction was designed to eliminate the 'leakage path through wire'
often found in autoclave applications when traditional wire constructions
are employed. This construction is available with either 400°F (204°C)
FEP insulation or 500°F (260°C) PFA Telflon insulation.
The color-coded,
insulated singles are bonded together in a proprietary process, eliminating
the need for a conventional jacket. With no outer jacket to strip back,
the conductors are easily separated (yet firmly attached), retain their
small size/weight configuration, and will not kink and knot in handling.
The exceptional characteristics of FEP and PFA, with a low coefficient of friction,
and excellent resistance to moisture and chemicals further enhance the
AutoBond construction capabilities.
Other applications
include aerospace flight test and environmental test chambers where
AutoBond's small size and weight are critical. The AutoBond construction
with special calibration accuracy's over narrow spans are available
for medical applications.
You will find our
qualified sales and engineering staff eager to assist in selecting a
design to meet the requirements of your specific applications.

| NOTE: |
Percent
limits apply directly to temperature in °C units, but for °F equivalents
are applied to the numbers of °F above or below the ice point (+32°F).
(i.e. Limit (°F) = (Temp. °F-32°F) x Percentage) |
 |
Thermocouple
wire cannot be expected to meet the limits of error at temperatures
below the ice point unless specified at time of purchase. |
